About Jill Caldera

Real Estate is an ever-changing industry and having confidence in an agent is a must because when you are informed you make better decisions. Your agent should be KNOWLEDGEABLE about the current market trends in the local area, EXPERIENCED in writing/negotiating contracts, and COMMITTED to the goals and needs for you and your family. Whether you are buying your first home or selling your third home, as YOUR realtor, your priorities are #1 to me! I was born in Masaya, Nicaragua, when I was 4 years young, my dad was offered a job here in the US, as a result my family moved here. I am bilingual: read, write, and fluent in Spanish. I have lived in Lakeland for 28 years and have seen it go from a small town with cow pastures and orange groves into the city it is today! Raised in Lakeland, I am a graduate of George Jenkins High School class of 2000 and Hillsborough Community College. I bought my first home in Lakeland in 2006 and my first investment property in 2012. I started my real estate career when I was 23 and since then have helped so many families achieve the North American dream (I can’t tell you enough how rewarding that is!). I hope to have the opportunity to work with you and make your dreams come true. Please do not hesitate to contact me, Real Estate is not my hobby or a 2nd job, it is ALL I do and I am here for you!
